Mantero provides delivery of the products to the address provided by the Customer within the European Union.
The delivery times indicated on the website and/or in the order confirmation are to be considered indicative and depend on product availability and the timeframes of the appointed carrier.
Delivery times include:
- Order processing time, which depends on product availability.
- Shipping time, which depends on the carrier chosen by Mantero.
Mantero undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the Customer as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the order date.
Shipping costs are borne by Mantero, at no additional cost to the Customer.
Alternatively, the Customer may request to pick up the package directly at our Mantero Store, located in Via Riccardo Mantero 4 - 22070, Grandate (CO), from Wednesday to Saturday (10:00 AM–6:00 PM), by notifying us in advance via e-mail at: customercare@hollidayandbrown.com or by entering the information in the 'Notes for the Merchant' section during the PayPal checkout.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging and the products.
Any anomalies must be reported within 7 business days from delivery, in accordance with the procedures indicated in Art. 8. In any case, the Customer’s right to enforce the statutory warranty of conformity under the terms set forth in the Consumer Code remains unaffected.
