Under Article 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products through a written communication submitted to the e-mail address: customercare@hollidayandbrown.com.
In the communication, the Customer must indicate the products subject to withdrawal, the order code, the order date, and the invoice number, if available. After sending the communication, the Customer must return the products within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs will be borne by Mantero.

The Customer has the option to return products directly at our Mantero Store, located in Via Riccardo Mantero 4 - 22070, Grandate (CO), from Wednesday to Saturday (10:00 AM–6:00 PM), after notifying us at the e-mail address: customercare@hollidayandbrown.com.
The right of withdrawal, in addition to complying with the terms and procedures described above, is deemed correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- The purchased products are returned intact.
- The products are returned to their original packaging (including documentation, fiscal receipt, and accessories: labels and tags), without signs of wear or dirt.
- The returned products are sent to Mantero in a single shipment.
The products received will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers. Purchases made by people acting in the exercise of a business activity are excluded.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and terms indicated above, Mantero will refund any amounts already paid for products purchased directly on the website www.hollidayandbrown.com as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date Mantero becomes aware of the exercise of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer. Mantero may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until proof of their shipment by the Customer is provided.
If there is a discrepancy between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made payment for them, the refund, in the case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will in any case be made by Mantero to the person who made the payment.
